11th International γδ T Cell Conference

The 11th International γδ T Cell Conference in Toronto, Ontario, Canada witll host more than 350 participants from across the globe over the course of a 4-day Conference (May 20-23, 2025) and will feature 50 talks and 3 poster sessions that will include new and exciting research presented for the first time at the international level.

Spring HITS

The second edition of Spring Highlights in Transplantation Sciences was held in Paris on 27-28 March 2025, organised by the SFT and ESOT. The event brought together international experts to address key challenges in solid organ transplantation, focusing on infections. Topics included innovative diagnostics for emerging diseases and new strategies for preventing and treating CMV, EBV, and BKV. Speakers from Australia, Germany, Switzerland, the USA, and France contributed to the program.

Key consortium partners attended and presented the 2025 Spring HITS in Paris, France, where various topics were highlighed concerning CMV.

Journée Scientifique Réseau Virus et Greffes

The Virus and Transplantation Network held its third scientific day, bringing together specialists in managing viral infections in transplant patients. The event fostered discussion on common and rare issues, encouraged collaboration, and highlighted research by young biologists and clinicians, supporting early-career investigators in mobility projects.

Several consortium partners participated in a session covering “Antiviral immunity”.

The HORUS Project's General Assembly was held in Barcelona on 8 and 9 February. This significant milestone was achieved through collaborative efforts towards advancing cutting-edge research and innovation. Representatives from all Work Packages came together to provide a comprehensive overview of the project's progress so far. The atmosphere was vibrant and engaged, with a lively and fruitful discussion reflecting the dynamic collaboration among the project stakeholders. Since the last assembly in June 2023, the HORUS Project has made substantial progress.
